Review of Birthday Cake Donut at Vitality Smoothie and Juice by lizmaselli
I definitely preferred this flavor over the ube donut. This was called the "Birthday Cake" donut on the menu, but it's Lemon - Blueberry flavor. It was also #glutenfree and made from oat flour, but the texture was way better. It didn't have the sticky- wet texture the other had. This is also made with raw sugars and cashew cream icing, and the hint of blue is beautiful. I really liked the lemon 🍋 flavor and hint of blueberry. This juicery is both female owned and operated as well as minority owned. Everything is #plantbased, and they have fresh juice, smoothies, as well as grab and go snacks, soup, and salads.
