We both love Yves and this Bologna is so good!! It stays moist and doesn't dry out like some other vegan meats I've tried. The flavor is fantastic. It's great even on a really simple sandwich with Vegenaise. Yum!

I was born and raised in Texas and fried bologna sandwiches were a staple. I wonder if this would be good fried?
