Their Egg Trick Muffin features a
fried seasoned tofu eggy patty, fried vegan sausage patty or tempeh bacon, and vegan mozzarella cheese on a butter (vegan, of course) toasted english muffin.

This receive is also featured in the vegan zombie cookbook and I have make my own version omitting the vegan sausage and adding some salsa to it! Yum!
