Review of Moo Shu Tofu at New Peking Wok by sofihuasteca

This restaurant in Federal Way, #washington has a seperate #veganmenu for us!! This was my first time having Moo Shu #tofu so I was not sure what to expect. The tofu was thinly shredded with cabbage and other veggies. The tofu had a great texture and flavor. It also came with 7 handmade pancakes. It was a ton of food, more than enough for two to share.
