Well, this wasn’t a dish I would go back for. It lacked flavour. The millet balls had some kind of curry flavour, but the parsnip purèe was really bad. I added a lot of pepper and chilli, but even then I stole half of hubby’s chips.
I am not sure what the beetroot was marinated in, it seems a slightly roasted one. Anyways, it filled me up and no animals were hurt 🤷🏻‍♀️
This is the only vegan option at the restaurant, but they had many vegetarian. This seems to be trend in Hungary.
