The non-vegan version used to be one of my favourite dishes when I was younger. This was really nice, the vegan cheese tasted good. It was crunchy on the outside, the cheese melted nicely in the inside, although it had the usual gooey texture.
The portion was more than enough for one person. I gave my jam to hubby and ate the dish with pickled veggies rather.

The restaurant itself is not fully vegan, but there are plenty of daily menu and a la cart options.

sunshineyum The plain rice and dry (yet cheesy) schnitzel with jam gives the feels of a quickly improvised empty pantry dish rather than a restaurant meal - hopefully cost commensurate 💕Reply
