I think I've aged into spring allergies. 😭 My throat has been sore for five days now and it hasn't progressed into a runny nose or cough like my colds usually do. I've gotten many negative COVID tests and no fever too. Although I'm glad I'm not sick, I'm sad that my favorite season is not treating me too well this year!
When I have a sore throat, the Ricola drops without honey are such a life saver! They taste good and give my throat so much relief. I've paired this with gargling salt water and an occasional antihistamine, and I feel much better than I did a few days ago.
