Review of Signature Chicken Noodles at Kale by KangSu @ The Adelphi by ziggyradiobear

Taste was good with two types of mock chicken in it. Roast chicken made of beancurd skin and chicken cutlet (maybe soy derived). Noodles were springy and delicious in their mixing sauce.
