Review of Chilli Coconut & Lemon Myrtle Sauce - outback spirit by veggi-bella
Very tasty sauce with a unique flavour. I wasn’t sure how best to use this. I ended up just making a stir fry with veg, tofu and rice noodles. The bottle wasn’t enough for 4 portions and the dish was too dry, so I ended up adding a splash of water and some sesame oil. So the flavour of the sauce in the end wasn’t as strong. It would be more enjoyable used straight from the bottle, like a dipping sauce.
