This book by Carleigh Bodrug is one of my favourite vegan cookbooks. I’ve loved every recipe I’ve made from this book, from salads to main dishes to desserts. Each recipe has pictures of the ingredients you need, so if you’re not sure what a certain item is there’s a picture of it which is helpful. So easy to make, can’t wait for Carleighs second book Scrappy Cooking which will be released April 2. She’s great!
