When I first discovered that Thomy had created a #veganmayonnaise I was absolutely delighted! The #mayonnaise of this brand used to be the only I liked, since I was a child, as the egg taste never dominated. So I ask, why continue to stick to the tradition and make it with egg, if you obviously make it for a target who doesn't like the taste? This is the best alternative they could create, the taste is so good (if I couldn't read the ingredients I wouldn't eat it because I'd think someone is trying to fool me), as light as a mayonnaise can be. Unfortunately you can't buy it in every store, for example I never found it in Lidl yet. I can buy it in the small Coop next to my house, even if they removed a lot of vegan products since last year.

Umh vedo che ha EDTA di calcio disodico.
Penso che prenderò quella Light Vegan che ha meno ingredienti, sempre della Thomy.
Ha scritto sopra 52% light, qualcosa del genere ed è sempre vegen.
Spero di riuscire a trovarla.
Comunque ho visto che la thomy ne ha fatte di salse vegan tra cui barbeque e tartare, non mi è mai venuto in mente di provarle perché il barattolo è grande e dovrei finirlo se non mi piacesse ^^”
Sono incuriosita soprattutto dalla tartare però, questa maionese con dentro i cetriolini sottaceti, o porro e erba cipollina
