Love this #smokedtofu as a #breakfastscramble or thinly sliced and dry fried for a #veganblt
Has a really good flavour, so doesn’t even need anything added for the scramble (but I do usually add a half teaspoon of turmeric, salt & #nutritionalyeast to the plain variety).
Always better on #ancientgrains bread with vegan butter 💚
