Everyone always likens nutritional yeast to cheese... These are definitely some kind of mild funky savoury but not quite cheesy. Love using these as a flavoursome topping. And they also add almost a light crispiness if I don't leave them sitting around for too long haha...
Plus a good source of B12 🙂
