I was really impressed with the ingredients list, as I try to minimize the amount of processed foods and fake meats I eat.
I knew these wouldn’t have the juicy texture of Beyond Meat, but they tasted really nice when I sliced them into coins, lightly fried them, and added them to pasta. I would buy these again to spice up pasta night!
