Blue Boy Vegetarian Food CentreのSoy Steak —tiascazのレビュー（2024年3月1日）

To be honest I don’t know exactly what this was called because it was part of their buffet-style offerings (which aren’t labelled), but I’m gonna go with soy steak. The server assured me that there was no egg in this and that it was vegan, as some things at this restaurant contain egg. Wow… this was absolutely delicious. The mock-meat was sooo meaty and the bbq-like grilled exterior was crispy and so flavourful. If only I knew how to recreate this, I would put it on everything.
