These are 💯 my favourite quorn product! I could pretty much eat these as a snack every day! They have a nice texture and a crispy coating with a bit of a kick. They are much healthier than the non-vegan equivalent too (if you need to convince anyone to try them!). Really good with roasted Mediterranean vegetables in a roll (if you’re being healthy-ish) or even better with vegan mayonnaise or coleslaw in a bun. Also nice chopped up for a faux chicken salad.
