Simply the best #vegancheese I have ever had.
It tastes so close to the original blue moldy #cheese that I honestly used to love, that it really surprised me when I saw the simplicity of the ingredients: #cashews, water, #coconut, guar gum, salt, ferments. That’s all.
Pricy but worth it.
