This was absolutely delicious! The pack is vegan and comes with the pad Thai sauce, rice noodles and peanuts. Instead of egg, chicken & bean sprouts I added fried tofu (coated with cornstarch for crispiness) and a pack of frozen stir fry mixed vegetables (also reviewed). Because I love peanut butter I also added a sneaky tablespoon of extra peanut butter and I did all the frying in a tablespoon of sesame oil. This was better than any of my local take away meals (I do live in the sticks with limited vegan options!). Will definitely use again!
