Veganised for this dish meant to omit the Otah. Young owner was kind enough to inform me that the otah contained egg before assembling the dish. He replaced it with mock char siew. The long beans were nicely seasoned and cooked to right texture. The tofu cubes were a little hard due to deep frying but still nice and fragrant when stir fried with the dark sauce. Achar was very nice and crunchy. Sambal was nice but a little salty. The rice was okay coconutty but a little soft, acceptable. Very affordable with an upsize, $5 for such a big plate.
