This dish was so interesting to me!! The marmite is frankly pretty mild to me, when mixed with the other flavours actually felt like a cross between… miso, peanut butter and nutritional yeast?! 🥜
The #mushrooms and smashed #avocado and is an expected part of the toast usually, 🍄🥑 but the bread is focaccia! I much prefer focaccia to sourdough as it’s softer and more pillowy 🍞
Top it off with some lime and onion pickles 🧅— pickles are new for me on a smashed avo and mushroom toast
Overall 9/10!!
