This is the second time I’ve used this vegan cream and I’m so impressed! Today I’m making vegan dauphinoise potatoes and last time I whipped the cream for a chocolate gateaux - the results are brilliant and I highly recommend this product for sweet and savoury dishes. It has cooked well in a hot dish and also tastes great cold and whipped (photo is from second round of dauphinoise potatoes!) 😁
