These are great bagels to start your day with! They're just slightly grainier than traditional bagels, but it's not unpleasant. This is because they're made with five "super" grains: quinoa, spelt, rye, millet, and barley. They have 11g of protein per bagel. Add some peanut butter to that and you're starting your day well!
