Harvest BeatのApple Sage ane Bitters —sofihuastecaのレビュー（2024年2月4日）

First time trying Harvest Beat in #seattle. This #finedining restaurant has a changing #tastingmenu based on #seasonal #local produce. The menu changes every 4 weeks. It is about $130/person so on the expensive side but it is an experience in itself with the wine or elixir pairings. You eat all courses at the same time as everyone else in the restaurant.

This #drink was an #apple #sage bitters was refreshing and paired really well with the dish. The sage was fried and delicious!
