these were alright but not my absolute favorite. they were easy to cook up and have 16g protein per serving (yay!!), but the texture wasn’t the best. they were a little dry for me, so i needed a little something to dress them with. i wouldn’t say this is the best burger copycat, and it definitely doesn’t resemble the thick, juicy burger you may be wanting when looking for a vegan substitute. these might be more of a “patty” to me than a “burger” if you get what i mean.
that being said, there is a time and a place for these, and i did enjoy the flavor. they do taste like burgers, and they gain points for convenience and the packaging. i think in the future if i had more time i could enjoy these more with a lot of toppings to add something more to the experience.
