Pretty good breakfast sausage by Hilary's! Not my favorite as the outer crust layer is very crumbly and starts to fall apart. They have a good flavor and I like that they are thick and meaty like.
These are high in sodium per patty in my opinion. Lower in fat with no saturated fat. Pretty good source of protein and fiber.
Low in sugar. Sweetened with date paste.
