i don’t actually remember what bologna tastes like, but this bologna tastes more like bologna to me than actual animal products! this bologna is one of my staple pantry items (mostly because it’s on sale at sprouts) and i eat it all the time. i’ve made many delicious sandwiches with this.
it’s hard to describe the taste or texture of this if you don’t know what bologna is like; however, this veggie bologna is very realistic to real bologna!
