You have the option to add 3 “mix ins” with the scramble. I chose spinach, mushrooms, and soyrizo. There was nothing revolutionary about this dish, but it was delicious. I love having a vegan breakfast option with some protein. I also ordered a vegan pancake on the side. The texture was great, but it definitely had a strong banana flavor. Overall, great options if you’re going out with an Omni group.
