i really enjoyed this milk—it’s smooth, fairly creamy, and high in protein per serving size! the taste was alright, i enjoy soy milk more but this is better than almond or oat to me, especially for a plain milk. it definitely doesn’t taste like actual chickpeas to me, so that’s already a win.
i had this with my cereal and i found it as enjoyable. i’m not sure if id drink this plain, but it was good with cereal and i’d imagine it would be useful in savory cooking as well.
i got it on sale for about 5 bucks. the price isn’t bad for 4 servings, but i feel like there are more affordable milks out there. i dont mind paying a little bit more for the extra protein either—this is the highest protein per serving of alternative milk i’ve found.
