With so many #artisanal #vegan cheeses available now, I like to try new ones and new brands.
#daiya isn’t a new brand since
it’s been around for several years now and often gets a bad review, but I think the #smokygouda is very tasty and added a delicious depth to the flavour profile of our #frenchonionsoup.
It melted well and became quite gooey which is what we wanted. I added some shredded on the top for #extrameltedgoodness.
Still a good deal for the block at $4.49
