I really loved these! The texture and flavour is a 10/10. The crispy crumb coating is so nice and not too think or thin, the right about. The lemongrass flavour in it was also delicious it really added to the bake. I would definitely have these again. I ate this with a veg stir fry with rice noodles. I bought this from Lidl I believe.
