The Green EdgeのBuddha bowl —Kのレビュー（2024年1月17日）

By far my least favourite dish I’ve had at Green Edge. Trying to eat a super high-fibre diet atm which is why I chose this over the usual vegan junk food extravaganza I would order here (and they do SO well) 😅

As far as Buddha bowls go, this was a bit uninspiring, it tasted like an omni restaurant’s rendition of a vegan dish. Each of the elements were really plain, rather than being individually prepared and seasoned in a tasty way. Also basic old iceberg lettuce. Loads of black beans which didn’t pair that well with the peanut dressing. And would’ve liked something tangy/fermented in there like sauerkraut or kimchi and some nuts/seeds for cronch.

Definitely wouldn’t order again when I know they do so much better, I still love ya though Green Edge!
