This #cheeze doesn't have a great flavour unmelted. I found the aftertaste a little weird. We had it with crackers and minestrone soup. I haven't tried it melted yet so it may be better that way. I'll make a #grilledcheezesandwich with it next. I gave nutrition a 3 because it has a decent amount of added B12 and calcium, but the ingredients aren't very clean and it isn't naturally fermented.
