My first ramen after Japan, so the expectations were high and this certainly did not hit the bar. Possibly the most boring and bland ramen I have had in this city. Sorry not sorry, everything about them was so boring that it’s impossible to write an interesting review. Totally unseasoned tofu, two leaves of bok choi, and a broth that was missing salt and seasonings.
