El Salto PDXのLa Gochita Arepa (Vegan Dining Month Special) —pdxvegのレビュー（2024年1月7日）

Inspired by the vibrant people of the Andean region in Venezuela, affectionately known as "Gochos", this flavor-packed arepa features @macaroni_in_a_pot_pdx’s silky, soft 🌱-based mozzarella-style cheese, which is similar to traditional Andean queso de mano, rich house 🌱-based garlic mayo, crispy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy avocado in a homemade arepa that was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. You can add a 🌱-based protein, and we chose savory, smoky, spicy, soy-based chorizo. Served with a side of crispy, savory tóstones and 🌱-based garlic mayo. This was delightful. This month, as part of Vegan Dining Month, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Meal On Us PDX, a local nonprofit that provide healthy meals for people suffering from food insecurity.
