I used this as a salad dressing. I really enjoyed the flavor which I was surprised by because often tahini is just too bitter for me. The lemon and herbs must have mellowed this dressing out. It reminded me a lot more of hummus than I was expecting! I know tahini is an important ingredient in hummus, but I was surprised how texture and flavor wise it was more hummus than dressing. It was really thick! I couldn't drizzle it over my salad; I had to just drop a few globs on. It will definitely be hard to get everything out of this bottle!
