One more shot of my caramel cupcakes.🧁 These are the cupcakes I bake the most! One of my staples for baking is also coconut milk! I use 3/4 cup of #coconut cream in my caramel sauce. It helps thicken it up, especially if you're using raw sugar. I prefer this Trader Joe's brand. It's better quality than others I've used and it tends to heat up and stir better. It's also a very good price and under $2 a can. They're easy to store in the pantry as well. I always love their packaging too! They're great at marketing.🥥
