Review of Pride ramen at SIN Ramen Lounge by mikachu987

This dish was good but it could have been so much better with the addition of veggies like bok choi for example or even tofu. The broth was really tasty (although a bit spicy for me), and the noddles used were surprisingly spaghetti. It felt kinda like a junk food ramen, since there was only plant based meat, and no veggies. If you can't understand it, I profoundly regret the absence of veggies, I just don't understand why they omitted them 🧐

But it was still very good and now I want to up my ramen game so I can make something like this.... With veggies!
