Review of Miso Mushroom Buns at Boke Bowl by lynnemp

A comforting bite.
The mushroom filing contains assorted mushrooms, sake, garlic and shallots. The shallots are perfect with the right amount of crisp. The mushrooms are stuffed into a bao bun and topped with a miso sauce. I appreciate that the sauce is not too salty. These are easy to eat….almost too easy because I ate them fast!
