This is probably my favorite plant based #roast that I've tried, and was perfect for a #crueltyfree thanksgiving! The roast itself has a nice texture and flavor, and the #brownrice mixture in the center nicely offsets the roast itself. The #gravy is a little thick so I have to water it down when cooking, but I like the flavor
