This is a very good quality pasta. It’s whole-wheat and the shape is perfect to make pasta e fagioli (which I did as you can see from the third picture). Price is ok, I think we got them on discount too. They cook in 10 minutes if you like them Al dente, otherwise they can take up to 12 minutes. The hold up pretty well and maintain a great texture even after the longer cooking time.
