#seitan is my favorite #veganprotein - #lowcalories and very high #protein. I love the consistency of Upton naturals brand, and the flavor of this #chorizo seitan was great - perfect for #vegantacos on #tacotuesday! It also cooks up really well and really quick. Highly recommend
