Impossible balls!! They are super meaty, hearty and flavorful~ I use these to make vegan bagel meatball sandwiches~ I hadn't had a meatball sub since way before I was vegan... It's not something I ever missed but it's kind of crazy being able to have one again, and having the same nostalgic feeling as going to Subway when I was a kid!
