I air fried these and added them to pasta rice . Absolutely delicious but just a little dry. Would probably be very good in a tomato sauce. Or as a lunch snack with some hummus. The texture was very nice, but I think next time I'll put them in some stock to boil or in a pasta sauce. If you're bored of mince give these a try . Very good alternative .
