Fully vegan specialty bowl without substitutions. It is definitely less filling than the rice bowls since the base is lettuce, but still plenty of food for one meal! (The rice bowls here usually last me two meals). The cilantro avocado sauce helps to cool down the spicy vegan chipotle sauce - it is a very nice mix. It also comes with chickpeas, tomato corn salsa, and crunchy red onions.
