This is another empanada marked as spicy. It has slow-simmered onions and jackfruit in a chipotle and garlic sauce. The dough gets its nice sunflower yellow color from carrots! This empanada was really flavorful. I think the cashier said that this was one of their most popular flavors. I see why! Again, the garlic sauce makes it even better!
