America/Canada, we need to talk about your portion size. This bowl was MASSSIVE (look at my water glass for comparison). Did I still power through and eat most of it like a champ? Yes. Would I do it everyday? No.
Portions aside, this was so good! Love the mince and the flavour of the broth. Probably best shared between 2 people, especially if you were planning on getting sides too #veganisnotscary
