This creamy cheese is a nice addition to a charcuterie board. It's pretty creamy and easy to spread. It's a little grainier than I'd like, but the scallion flavor helps distract from that a bit. It went great on a baguette with Field Roast Mushroom Balsamic lunch slices. It was nice to have this on a finger foods night while my friends and I watched Riverdale. I also had it on a sandwich instead of a cheese slice and that was really great.
