These mini rice cakes are cute and tasty! They are a crunchy and sweet treat that’s not overly sweet. If I tried them without knowing the flavor, I believe I would guess cinnamon instead of pumpkin spice as cinnamon is the dominant flavor. I do wish the other spices were a bit more prominent but they are delicious regardless. These disappeared rather quickly!
Realized these have palm oil. Can’t seem to find any info about sourcing. I think a similar snack could be created at home, though not as aesthetically pleasing.
