I had never heard of this dish before but it’s pretty much a dumpling stuffed with the most delicious tofu and pak choi 🤤 it was honestly beyond yum and I can’t wait to have it again! R65 for 3 is a bit pricey but standard for Beluga. 100% recommend 🌱
