I didn't have super high expectations, but boy was I wrong. One of my fav sandwiches ever. The tempeh really makes it, it's SO good. But also the pumpkin addition and than a generous layer of creamy hummus 🤤 and the bread is really nice too. Just a winner all around 🏅
